Try These Tips To Keep The Skin Fresh And Healthy This Summer

The skin always suffers the most. It is the first point of contact with the environment, and the environment is usually not very friendly to the skin. Don't step out in the sun without a sun guard. Lotions and creams with a high SPF should be used to maintain a healthy and glowing skin. These creams and lotions should be repeatedly used on the skin.

Clogging of the skin-pores is fostered by the use of soaps. The oil content of soaps fosters blocking the pores of the skin, and this is what makes the skin amenable to development of acne. So, avoid using soap. Use an oil-free face-wash instead.
